Welcome
to the Pharmaceutical Care Laboratory. The goal of our program is to improve
the quality of health outcomes for patients and the quality of work life for
pharmacists in North Carolina. The Pharmaceutical Care Lab Program helps Doctor
of Pharmacy students develop competence and confidence in recognizing, analyzing,
and resolving drug-related problems, a caring attitude and personal commitment
to and responsibility for providing effective, professional, and ethical patient
care, and an ongoing commitment to developing personal and professional abilities
through a continuous learning process.
