The Facilities Office manages all functions related to the School's day-to-day operations, is responsible for reporting all repairs and maintenance problems, and serves as the initial contact for renovations, environmental issues, and safety hazards and violations.

The Facilities Office also coordinates van and parking assignments, oversees the School’s laboratories and research facilities, and handles utility problems, such as heating and air conditioning, electrical, and telephone issues.
